TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

Welcome to Cassandra App ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and related services ("the Service"), you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We operate from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Cassandra App.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

2.1 Generative AI & Archetypal Analysis — Cassandra App utilizes advanced algorithms and Generative AI to produce psychological and astrological structural analyses. While the Service uses precise astronomical data, the interpretive text is symbolic and archetypal.

• AI Transparency: You acknowledge that the reports are generated by an Artificial Intelligence engine based on astrological logic.
• For Self-Reflection Only: The Service is designed for educational, entertainment, and self-reflective purposes.

2.2 No Professional Advice — The Service is not a substitute for professional counsel. Medical/psychological: We do not provide clinical diagnoses or therapy. Financial/Legal: Interpretations are not predictions of fact and should not be used for financial or legal decision-making.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZATION

3.1 Account Holder Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register, purchase, or use the Service.

3.2 Input of Third-Party Data (Including Minors): The Service allows you to enter birth data for individuals other than yourself to generate analyses (e.g., for friends, family, or children). By entering such data, you represent and warrant that you have obtained explicit consent from the third party. If the data belongs to a minor (under 18), you warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of said minor and possess the legal authority to consent to the processing of their data on their behalf. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your unauthorized entry of third-party data.

4. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Cassandra App offers both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions.

4.1 One-Time Purchases (Packages)

Users may purchase specific reports or credits ("Packages"). These are non-recurring transactions. The content is unlocked permanently for the User account once payment is confirmed.

4.2 Subscriptions (Recurring Analysis)

For features such as ongoing Transit Analysis, we offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID/Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription via your App Store / Google Play account; we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at our discretion.

4.3 Refund Policy

All sales of digital content are final. Refunds are processed at the discretion of the platform provider (Apple or Google) according to their refund policies.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTIONS

5.1 Ownership: All "Engine" logic, prompts, code, text outputs, and branding are the exclusive property of Cassandra App.

5.2 Prohibited Uses (Anti-Scraping): You expressly agree NOT to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or use any content from the Service to train other AI models, or commercially resell generated reports without written consent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cassandra App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond by reason of domicile.
