1. IDENTITY OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY

Cassandra App, with domicile in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the treatment and protection of your personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and international standards (GDPR/CCPA).

2. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect only the data strictly necessary ("Minimization Principle") to execute our astrological calculations:

A. Essential Astrological Data

  • Date of Birth: Required for planetary positions.
  • Exact Time of Birth: Required for House and Angle calculation.
  • City of Birth: Required for geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude).

B. Identity & Account Data

  • Name / Alias: Optional — used only for report personalization.
  • Email / User ID: Used for account management and recovering purchases.

C. Data Regarding Minors

We do not direct our services to children. We process data regarding minors only when voluntarily provided by a User (Parent/Guardian) who acts as the authorized agent for the minor.

3. PURPOSE OF USE

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Calculation: Converting birth data into astronomical coordinates.
  • Analysis: Generating text via our Psychological Engine.
  • Service delivery: Unlocking purchased content and maintaining your history.

We do NOT use your birth data for targeted advertising, marketing profiling, or behavioral tracking.

4. DATA TRANSFERS (NO SELLING)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data. Your data is processed exclusively within the application ecosystem. We use trusted third-party infrastructure (for example: cloud hosting and Apple/Google payment processors) solely to operate the Service; those providers are contractually bound and prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

5. YOUR RIGHTS (ARCO)

In accordance with Mexican law and international standards, you have the ARCO rights:

  • Access: View the data we hold about you within the App profile.
  • Rectification: Correct erroneous birth data at any time in the App settings.
  • Cancellation (Deletion): Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Opposition: Oppose specific processing of your data.

6. SECURITY

We employ SSL/TLS for data in transit and industry-standard protections for data at rest. While we strive for maximum security, no transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Notice. Material changes will be notified via the App or our website.
